Prior to co-founding DevCo, Lauri worked at EQT Partners and Bain & Co with a focus on developing medium-sized Nordic companies. Lauri holds a MSc in Finance from the Aalto University School of Business. Lauri is currently the Vice Chair of Bluefors.

Before DevCo, I worked in management consulting and private equity with a focus on developing Nordic companies with a global focus. Early on, I had the opportunity to work in an array of sectors (Industrials to TMT) and with companies of all sizes (turnover EUR 10 million to EUR 10 billion). A common theme, even during DevCo, has been growth strategies.
At DevCo, we have a strong common understanding of what we want to achieve – we are on a mission to building world leading companies in selected niche markets. At the same time we are down-to-earth and believe in working hard every day to contribute to our current companies and to earn the trust of business owners whom see DevCo as a potential long-term growth partner.
