Vexve Armatury Group strengthens its position in DACH region by acquiring Armatury Group GmbH

• Vexve Armatury Group has acquired valve distribution company Armatury Group GmbH, which to date has distributed ARMATURY Group valves for power, gas, and metallurgy segments in Austria and Germany
• The acquisition strengthens Vexve Armatury Group’s presence particularly in the DACH region
• Vexve Armatury Group is owned by DevCo Partners, a long-term oriented active owner and development partner dedicated to building world-leading companies in selected niche markets

Vexve Armatury Group has acquired Armatury Group GmbH (“AG GmbH”) from its founder and managing director Mr. David Styblo. AG GmbH is an Austria-based distributor of valves serving especially hydro power, gas, and metallurgy industries. The company has to date supplied exclusively ARMATURY Group produced valves. Mr. Styblo and his team will continue in operational roles in the group, while Mr. Styblo becomes a significant investor in Vexve Armatury Group.

The transaction further strengthens Vexve Armatury Group's presence particularly in Austria and Germany and enhances the group’s proximity to its Western European clients in the wider energy segment. The factories, existing operations and employees are not impacted by the acquisition.
